Self Defence training is an excellent way to burn fat so by simply participating in this functional and fun exercise you will see fantastic slimming benefits. For example you can take part in martial arts based fitness classes or personal training sessions tailored to your goals. If martial arts is not your thing and you just want to burn calories and get in great shape, no problem. Let us know your goals and preferences and we will get you in tip top shape. We have vast experience in getting people to burn fat and get the figure they desire.
All sessions are only £15 per hour so you can have your own personal trainer at a great price. If you prefer you could get a few of you friends to join you and split the cost. For example if there were four of you and you wanted to try a kick boxing based fitness class it would work at only £3.75 each.
