Kick Boxing
Kick Boxing is a sport with rules and governing bodies. It is also often used as an umbrella term for a variety of martial arts that incorporated the use of punches and kicks. These include Savat, Full Contact Karate and Muay Thai (the latter also allows the use of elbows, knees and stand up grappling.)
Kick Boxing is great for fitness, flexibility, strength, toning, fat burning and stress busting. It is suitable for people of any age and ability as all our sessions are tailor made to meet individual needs.
At WSH Self Defence we teach various techniques used in these martial arts/combat sports that are useful in a self defence situation. Kick boxing is also great fun with massive health benefits.
